1. Unstamped orders received by 1:00 p.m. (EST) are shipped the same day
2. Box charge - $1.50 per order
3. Gallons of Lacquer-Mat are subject to a $20.00 Hazard charge for every 1-4 gallons.
4. Orders up to $150.00.....$6.50
5. Orders over $150
      -UPS Zones 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 - 4% of total order for shipping
      -UPS Zone 7 - 5% of total order for shipping
      -UPS Zone 8 - 6% of total order for shipping

To determine your zone, take the first three digits of your zip code and refer to the chart below

1. We will attempt to add to your order whenever possible. Within 60 minutes of receiving an order the order is being processed. Add-on items will be treated as new orders

RETURNS

1. We will accept exchanges or returns for credit or refund within 10 days of purchase
2. All returns require prior authorization and must be accompanied by an invoice.
3. Merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to a 10% restocking fee; after 60 days a 20% restocking fee; after 90 days at 30% restocking fee.
4. No returns will be accepted after 120 days.
